A Shicai, singer of Lisu nationality in Lijiang, inheritor of intangible genetics in Lijiang City, deputy secretary general of Lijiang Lisu Culture Research Association, and spokesperson of Lisu culture.

Born in Ludian Township, Yulong County, Lijiang in 1966;

In 1997, for the first time on the stage in the county, he officially began his acting career. Wandering all the way, with no fixed abode;

In 1998, he went to work in a Lisu community in Liming Township. The township government promised him a monthly salary of 300 yuan. However, due to some reasons, his job was not available after only one month of work, so he cleaned toilets and streets. , life is very hard;

In 2004, A Shicai was hired to work in the "Lisu cottage" in Dongba Valley;

In 2008, he went to Panzhihua, Sichuan to perform for a living;

In 2009, Lijiang Lisu Culture Research Association was established, and he was able to engage in Lisu culture work full-time.
