Bian Liannian was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. At the age of 7, he joined the nationally famous Nanjing Xiaohonghua Art Troupe, where he practiced "boy skills" in many aspects such as blowing, pulling, playing, singing, and dancing. Later, he was admitted to the Music Department of Nanjing University of the Arts, majoring in erhu. He studied under the tutelage of the famous Erhu master Ma Youde, studied and practiced diligently, and understood the profound connotation of folk music. In 1984, he was attracted by Mr. Wang Kun of the Oriental Song and Dance Troupe and began to learn electric guitar and composition. Beginning in 1985, Bian Liunian began to use the electronic music instrument system that coexists with folk music and world music to create. He applies more than 100 kinds of Chinese and Western instruments, such as the plucked series, bowed string series, and wind and percussion series, which he has mastered, into his creation and singing. The products were combined to form his own "music aircraft carrier". With the help of this "music aircraft carrier", Bian Liumian has gradually become a modern musician integrating creation, arrangement, performance, synthesis and singing, and is known as China's "music genius". In 2015, he was appointed as the dean of the School of Music of Sichuan Culture and Art Institute.
In 1962, Bian Liannian was born into an ordinary working family in Nanjing. When he was 7 years old, smart and eager to learn, he was selected into the famous Xiaohonghua Art Troupe to learn the cello. At that time, he imagined that he would become an excellent musician in the future. Later, due to reasons such as further studies and moving, he failed to continue to learn the piano, but he has always had an inseparable love for music. In 1978, Bian Liuji, a high school student, faced the choice of further education or employment. Coincidentally, among the former art troupe's friends, some of them were admitted to the music colleges that had just resumed enrollment, which made Bian Liumei envious, and also awakened his deep desire for music, and he began to approach music again. Bian took a picture of the cello he originally played, which belonged to Xiao Honghuatuan. He had handed it in when he left. He wanted to buy a cello at home. The father said: You sell the new cabinet at home, and then pay for the piano. At that time, a large wardrobe cost 100 yuan, and a cello cost 380 yuan. At that time, his parents earned more than 70 yuan a month, and he obviously couldn’t buy a cello. He had to spend more than ten yuan to buy a very popular erhu at that time.
Although Bian Liuniu and Erhu have developed a relationship, and 16 and 17 years old are already past the best age to learn musical instruments, Bian Liuniu believes that diligence can make up for one's clumsiness. In order to realize his music dream, Bian, who had good grades in the culture class, gave up his first college entrance examination. But his family thought it was unrealistic and whimsical for him to give up the college entrance examination in order to pull the erhu. His mother scolded him: Your classmates go to work, earn money, and if you go to university, you go to university. What kind of fame can you learn from erhu? Once, he was pulling the erhu in a fun way. The mother, who had a heart attack, was so upset that she couldn't bear it. Fell hard to the ground. Erhu and Bian's dream of taking pictures was instantly shattered by their mother. Bian Liumei tearfully picked up the broken erhu, tied it with iron wire, and mended the snake skin. He secretly made up his mind: he must learn the instrument well and be admitted to the conservatory of music.
Since then, as long as the parents go to work, there will be the sound of the violin wafting from his house. Practicing the piano became the most important thing for Bian to remember every day, and it was also the only way for him to prove himself. He practiced the piano for 8 to 10 hours a day. His parents were gradually influenced by Bian Liumian's assiduous persistence, and they no longer interfered with his learning of erhu. After mastering some basic playing methods, Bian Liunian is more eager to get the careful guidance of professional teachers.
Ma Youde, an erhu major at Nanjing University of the Arts, is known locally for his high teaching level and rich experience. Bian Liu Niu wanted to learn the piano under Teacher Ma, but Teacher Ma did not take students easily. Bian took a picture and planned how to approach Teacher Ma and leave a good impression on Teacher Ma, so as to realize his wish to learn piano with Teacher Ma. Through his classmates, he found out that Teacher Ma passed by their door every day on and off work. Every time at that time, Bian Liuniu would play the erhu sound at home. Whenever Teacher Ma passed downstairs by bicycle, he would play the tune he was most familiar with, hoping that Teacher Ma could hear the sound of his piano and look back. Look. Sure enough, one day, Mr. Ma, who came over on a bicycle, was attracted to look back by the sound of Bian's music. In this way, it took Bian Liumin more than half a year to slowly attract the attention of Mr. Ma, and Mr. Ma finally accepted him as his apprentice.
In 1980, after unremitting efforts, after only two years of piano lessons, Bian was admitted to the Nanjing University of the Arts with excellent grades. Since then, he has embarked on a professional music path and began to accept more challenges. Bian Momo was like a duck to water and made rapid progress in professional skills. Mr. Ma intends to broaden his horizons in art and learn from the strengths of many families. During the winter and summer vacations, he was recommended to be tutored by many famous teachers in the industry. When he was a junior, Bian Liangniang participated in an erhu competition in Nanjing. His performance was appreciated by the deputy head of a certain art troupe in Beijing. He invited Bian Liangnien to apply for the art troupe he was in, and Bian Liangniang was very excited, which meant that he had An opportunity to go to Beijing to take the exam. After arriving in Beijing, he looked at the map while inquiring, and did not know how many cars he had to turn before he found the deputy head of the regiment. But the deputy head of the regiment first forgot him, and after listening to him play the tune, he said they didn't need anyone. Bian Liunian was so angry that he picked up the erhu and left, and he vowed to show him how to show it in ten years.
Although he was wronged and wronged, Bian Liunian was not discouraged. With the help of relatives and friends and a little savings saved by himself, on the eve of graduation from college, Bian Liumei went to Beijing again and took the exam for 7 or 8 literary and art groups, including the Oriental Song and Dance Troupe. Bian Liume, who was looking forward to being able to show his talents on the big stage in Beijing, was waiting for the final decision of the Oriental Song and Dance Troupe, and the university's unified allocation plan came down. Bian Liumeu was assigned to a funny orchestra in a county in Jiangsu. He couldn't accept the high-spiritedness. He returned his files to the personnel department through hard work, which was rare in those days. Without a clear receiving unit, it is likely to mean unemployment after graduation. While waiting anxiously, Bian Liunian looked forward to the dawn of hope that the Oriental Song and Dance Troupe could bring to him. He couldn't eat or sleep well every day, looking forward to the admission letter from Beijing. One day he received a letter from Beijing and opened it: the admission letter of the Oriental Song and Dance Troupe, Bian Liu was so excited that tears rolled down his cheeks.
When he arrived at the Oriental Song and Dance Troupe, Bian Liumen thought that his career had reached a new platform. But he soon discovered that he was just on a new starting line. The excitement when he first arrived was soon shaken by the group's "overkill" things such as making small fights and pulling Zhonghu, and I don't know when he will be able to stand out. When the era of electro-acoustic music came, Bian Liuniang wanted to learn another musical instrument. It happened that there was a broken guitar in the warehouse of the song and dance troupe. Soon, Bian Liujiu won a new stage of his own. In this regard, he entered the ranks of electro-acoustic.
Since then, Bian Liuniu has been focusing on organically combining the ethnic music with thousands of years of civilization and the trendy and modern electronic music, stirring the modern rhythm of the nation, creating a traditional model of the vanguard, traveling freely in the integration of the nation and the modern, and promoting China. The innovative development of new folk music. Bian Liumen gradually integrates his own musical works with the world music trend. By 2011, Bian Liuniu had composed and produced more than 3,000 musical works.
