He is the music director of the Guzheng Training Center of the Fuzhou Music Association and a member of the Chinese National Orchestra Association. He is an evaluation expert of the National National Musical Instrument Performance (Amateur) Examination Committee, a member of the Fujian Provincial Youth Federation, a member of the Provincial Revolutionary Literature and Art Branch Committee, etc.
In 1983, he was admitted to Fujian Art School with the first place in the province. In the same year, he was recommended to the Affiliated Middle School of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. In 1987, he entered the Department of Folk Music of Shanghai Conservatory of Music to study. Under the guidance of famous guzheng performers and educators such as He Baoquan, Sun Wenyan, Xu Lingzi and other professors, he has systematically mastered the playing styles of different periods and different schools in my country.
In 1991, he participated in the "Sixth Fujian Music and Dance Festival" and won the first place in the national instrumental music performance. In the same year, she visited Japan as a performer to participate in the "Southeast Asian Folk Art Festival", and her performance won high praise from artists from all over the world. In 1993, the Provincial Department of Culture, the Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and the China Oriental Guzheng Research Association jointly held the "Chen Aijuan Guzheng Solo Concert". Under the personal command of the famous composer Professor He Zhanhao, he performed the Guzheng concertos "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai", "Lin'an" Resentment" and other high-difficulty works.
