Hao Jingchun, a native of Peixian County, Jiangsu Province, was born in 1959 and is the inventor of "Peizhu". Now he is a member of the Chinese Musicians Association, a member of the Chinese Folk Artists Association, a member of the Chinese National Instrumental Music Society, and a member of the Beijing Musical Instrument Society. Hao Jingchun studied music, art and instrumental music production from his father, Mr. Hao Yunzheng, since childhood. In 1980, he joined the county troupe to play the violin and at the same time engaged in stage art work. In 1985, he followed the famous artist Mr. Ma Jinfeng to make the film "Flowers and Guns". In 1995, he was engaged in design and engraving work in a decoration company, and in 1996, he was named a construction engineer. In the same year, he began to study the ancient musical instrument "Peizhu". In 2002, he started mass culture at the town cultural station. In 2008, he engaged in the research of Chinese culture and the development of cultural products in the Liu Family Association Hall in Peixian County. In May 2010, Peizhu was successfully developed, and CCTV made special interviews and reports, and filmed the historical and cultural feature film "Xianyin Eternal Flow". In January 2011, "Peizhu" obtained the national invention patent certificate. In April 2012, the fourth issue of Chinese reportage published an exclusive interview report of "Pei Zhu", "Strike the building and sing the song of the wind again". In September 2012, the ninth issue of China's "Musical Instrument" magazine made a long report entitled "Building Rebirth from Liu Bang's Hometown". On March 31, 2014, Peng Liyuan, wife of Chinese President Xi Jinping, presented the "Peizhu" as a national gift to Queen Mathilde of Belgium. In October of the same year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China made the photos and introduction of "Peizhu" into New Year cards and distributed them to foreign guests. In April 2015, "Peixu" was officially included in the permanent collection of the National Capital Museum.
