Introduction to Jiang Ting(pipa)Master performer

Jiang Ting began to learn Liuqin from the enlightenment teacher Ms. Jiang Haixin at the age of four, and began to learn the pipa at the age of seven, under the tutelage of Ms. Wu Baojuan. In 1980, he was admitted to the Primary School Affiliated to the Central Conservatory of Music. In 1988, he was recommended to enter the university with excellent grades. After graduating in 1992, he worked as a performer in the China Film Orchestra. In 1995, he was admitted to the Central Music Group. The Folk Music Department of the academy studied for a master's degree in Pipa, and received a master's degree in 1997. During his studies, he was under the tutelage of Professor Li Guanghua, and received guidance from professors such as Lin Shicheng, Liu Dehai, and Kuang Yuzhong. In 1996, he won the first prize in the 4th Taipei National Instrumental Concerto Competition. After the competition, the concerto of the Taipei Municipal Chinese Orchestra toured Taiwan and was widely praised. After years of study and training, Jiang Ting's performance skills have become increasingly consummate, gradually forming a natural and elegant playing style, and has become an influential young performer in today's music scene.
