Liu Wenwen, female, teacher of Shanghai Conservatory of Music, the first doctor of suona in China (currently studying).
Liu Wenwen was born in a suona family in Shandong. Her father, Liu Baobin, is the seventh-generation descendant of "Little Copper Suona"; her mother, Liu Hongmei, is the twelfth-generation descendant of the family.
At the age of three or four, Liu Wenwen began to play suona ignorantly. Beginning at the age of 5, Liu Wenwen was taken by her mother to a nearby botanical garden to practice morning exercises before her eyes could be opened at 4:30 every morning, and she was sent to school at 8:00. When she was 8 years old, her mother began to take Liu Wenwen to the big cities of Beijing and Shanghai to take classes with famous teachers.
In 2018, after graduating with a master's degree, Liu Wenwen stayed on to teach at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music.
In 2020, Liu Wenwen will continue to study with Liu Ying and become my country's first suona doctor (in reading).
In February 2022, Liu Wenwen, the first female suona doctor in China, participated in the "2022 Hunan Satellite TV Lantern Festival".
