Ni Zhipei (March 8, 1935 - October 31, 2015), male, from Wujin, Jiangsu, member of the Communist Party of China, associate professor. On August 16, 1952, he joined the Communist Youth League of China, and on June 27, 1956, he joined the Communist Party of China. From 1952 to 1953, he studied in Southern Jiangsu Art School, from 1953 to 1956 in Jiangsu Danyang Art School, and from 1956 to 1958, he studied in the Art Specialty Department of Shandong Normal University. From 1958 to 1963, he worked in Shandong Art College. From 1963 to 1978, he worked in Shandong Province Song and Dance Troupe and Tai'an Regional Art Troupe. From 1978 to 1995, he worked in the Music Department of Shandong Normal University until he retired.
Mr. Ni Zhipei is an old teacher, old party member and a famous erhu artist at the School of Music of Shandong Normal University. As a teacher, Mr. Ni Zhipei teaches and educates people; as a party member, Mr. Ni Zhipei loves the party and patriotism, and has no regrets in his life; as a famous erhu performing artist, Mr. Ni Zhipei is exquisite in art and both virtue and art.
