Because he was diligent, studious, humble and hardworking, and was the only guzheng student in Jiang Yinchun's life, he taught it without reservation, so that Wang Xunzhi could play the guzheng solo or in the southern part of the Yangtze River. Suo Thirteen sets and other ensembles are quite prominent, becoming the pinnacle of Hangzhou's traditional music circles.

In 1925, Wang Xunzhi was active in the Chinese music circle in Shanghai, organizing Xiaozhao Chinese Orchestra, Guanghua Chinese Orchestra, etc. In 1956, when the Guzheng major of the Department of Chinese Music of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music was opened, Wang Xunzhi was hired as a full-time teacher. Due to Mr. Wang Xunzhi's persistent pursuit and the efforts of a generation, Zhejiang Zheng School has become a rising star of all major schools of Zheng art in my country. The secret to his success in his career is that he has a high cultural and artistic literacy; he treats art with a passion for innovation, and is good at absorbing the strengths and advantages of various schools; he is bold in academic exploration and encourages young students to be creative. His innovative spirit in art is a role model for us to learn from!
