Zhang Xiuyan, a Jinghu performer of the Tianjin Youth Peking Opera Troupe, often performs in the repertoires "The Great Quest II", "Mu Guiying in Command", "Nine Heroes of Qingcheng", "Golden Water Bridge", "Yao Qi", "Jade Hall Spring", " The Legend of Taizhen", "Jin Yunu", "Xin An Yi" and so on.
In 2017, he acted as a pianist for the traditional repertoire excavation and rescue project "Nine Heroes of Qingcheng" in the "Peking Opera Art Inheritance and Protection Project" of the China Arts Foundation; during the 2018 Spring Festival, he went to Colombia to perform a "Happy Spring Festival" visiting performance; 2018 National Arts Foundation "Xun School of Peking Opera Art Training Class" play "Xin Anyi" as a pianist; Participated in "2019 Chinese New Year Tea Party Theatrical Performance of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference".
