When playing the double pipe muffler, the pipe body is placed upright. The mouth contains two insect whistles at the upper end, and it is played with moderate breath. Hold the flute with both hands, press the two sound holes on the side of the two pipes horizontally with the fingers, the ring finger, middle finger, and index finger of the right hand press the three holes on the front, the ring finger, middle finger, and index finger of the left hand press the three holes on the front, and the thumb presses the back hole. You can learn from the playing skills of the single-pipe muffler, but you can't play the acting skills of boring, releasing, fanning, and closing.

The traditional double-pipe muffler is made of two single-pipe small mufflers with the same size, length, hole spacing and pitch tied side by side. The tube body is made of bamboo, and it is mostly made of Phoenix tail bamboo with the thickness of the pen tube.
