Ajiawen, Yi nationality, was born in 1939 in Quzuo Village, Shaochong Town, Shiping County, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. On February 28, 2008, A Jiawen, together with Shi Wanheng and Hou Baoyun, were awarded the certificate of inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage project Yi Haicai Opera and Yi Cigarette Box Dance.

"Eating fire grass smoke" is a unique love and social activity for Yi youths. Young men and women from different villages meet for gatherings, eat fire grass smoke, play piano and sing, and dance cigarette box dance.
