"Fangzi Handmade" innovative design competition launched to make intangible cultural heritage "live"

On April 30, the "Fangzi Handmade" innovative design competition was launched. The competition aims to allow the general public to experience the charm of more than 30 intangible cultural heritages, such as Siyin Guqin, Yuhe Noodle Sculpture, Liuli Engraving, Yimei Paper-cut, Masimao Opera and Plum Blossom Boxing. The grounded air really makes the intangible cultural heritage "live".
Intangible cultural heritage is a cultural imprint that is deeply integrated into the blood of the Chinese nation. Up to now, Fangzi District of Weifang City has excavated and sorted out 59 items of intangible cultural heritage, which has also created a stronger atmosphere for Weifang to create the "Cultural Capital of East Asia".
Gao Guohua, a member of the party group and deputy director of the Culture and Tourism Bureau of Fangzi District, Weifang City, said: "In the next step, we will organically combine the development of intangible cultural heritage with patriotism education and tourism development, and give full play to the intangible heritage industry.
