From March 24th to 25th, Xianduowan Primary School in Hehua Town, Tengchong City carried out a two-day "Tengchong City Hehua Town Ethnic Area Bilingual Teacher Training". Five themes of picture book teaching are carried out. This training was sponsored by Tengchong Education and Sports Bureau and undertaken by Hehua Town Central School. The participants were all Dai teachers in Hehua Town and all teachers from Xianduowan Primary School.
At 9:00 am on March 24th, the opening ceremony of bilingual teacher training in ethnic areas of Hehua Town, Tengchong City was held at Xianduowan Primary School. Director Zhang Tianlei, Director of Hehua Town Central School, gave a mobilization speech, putting forward requirements and hopes for the teachers participating in the training. After the opening ceremony, the teacher Yue Zhantuan, dressed in the costume of the Dai nationality, passionately told the history of the Dai family, the culture of the Dai nationality, and the stories of the Dai nationality on the podium. During the teaching process, Mr. Yue used traditional teaching methods to write simple Dai characters on the blackboard, and taught some basic Dai language with vivid and vivid pronunciation. Let the teachers participating in the training learn the initials, finals, spelling and spelling rules of the Dai language, master the Dai language, and understand the culture and customs of the Dai people.
Mr. Zhengrong Zheng taught the knowledge of cucurbit silk to the teachers who participated in the training. He followed the instructions, spoke vividly, and was humorous and vivid, as if the clear spring in the mountains was slowly flowing in the hearts of the teachers. All the teachers listened attentively, aroused great interest in the cucurbit flute, and practiced very seriously.
In classroom teaching practice, in addition to emphasizing that art elements should be used in the creation process, Mr. Guo Wenzhong also emphasized that the main themes of peasant paintings are the living scenes and folk activities of the working people. Under the guidance of Mr. Guo, the teachers painted brightly colored, simple and authentic peasant paintings on the paper.
In this event, the local Dai people were specially invited to lead the dance. They wore gorgeous Dai costumes and lined up neatly with the teachers and students on the spacious playground. They danced rhythmically to the soft and clean music of Gayang. Everyone formed a circle on the playground, dancing and singing together. The lead dancers taught on the spot, led teachers and students to revel together, relax their bodies, put aside the noise and fatigue, let everyone present feel the unique charm of the traditional dance of the Dai nationality, and let everyone feel the cultural atmosphere of the Dai township.
Principal Yin Lijun explained the picture book story class to the participating teachers. In the process of learning, everyone actively asked Mr. Yin about the problems encountered in the teaching process, and Mr. Yin also answered these questions patiently. Through this picture book explanation, teachers have a deeper understanding of picture book teaching, and at the same time have mastered more teaching methods for picture book stories. Everyone has benefited a lot.
Finally, Li Yuanchun, the principal of Hehua Town Central School, made a concluding speech for the event. "There is no beginning, no end," I hope that the teachers participating in the training can make a good start and a good end, and not forget their original intentions. And emphasized the need to learn to discover excellent traditional culture in life, and to integrate Han culture and Dai culture in education and teaching life.
