The event was directed by Miluo City Federation of Literary and Art Circles, co-hosted by Miluo Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Chuxi Culture Company, Huaya Craft Company and Yangyi Culture Company, and undertaken by Yueyang Musicians Association Guqin Professional Committee and Hunan Institute of Technology Zhuoyingqin Club.
