Students from the Department of Chinese Music have rich experience in artistic practice and excellent academic performance. They have represented the academy to visit Europe, Hong Kong, New Zealand and other places. The plucked ensemble plays "Sanliu", also known as "Three Falls" and "Three Lanes of Plum Blossoms", which is originally one of the Eight Great Songs of Silk and Bamboo in the South of the Yangtze River. It is divided into three sections, and the second half of each section has the same tune. The melody of the music is gorgeous and fresh, smooth and lively, and is often played on folk festive occasions, filled with a cheerful festive atmosphere.

Guzheng duet, Yunnan folk song "Midu Folk Song", this guzheng duet is adapted from the "flower lantern tune" in the southwest region. Through a large number of ups and downs in the guzheng, the music is more light and cheerful, and expresses the youth with deep affection. Men and women praise love and the inner emotions of a happy life.

In addition, several re-arranged and adapted songs from Western classics are also refreshing.

The plucked ensemble "Spring Dance" is a Romanian folk music. The author makes full use of the rich timbre, varied techniques and fast performance of Chinese plucked music, and interprets Eastern European folk music in a Chinese way with smooth melody. , such as flowing clouds and flowing water, shows the inclusiveness of Chinese folk music, and also reflects the inextricable origins of folk music in my country and Eastern Europe.

The plucked ensemble "The Melancholy of the Seine" is a light music work widely circulated in France. The works are quiet, sweet, and have a strong European pastoral style.

One after another, the students of the Department of Chinese Music brought a different kind of auditory feast to the audience. The new arrangement broke through the expression of Chinese music with contemporary aesthetic innovation, presenting the colorful and wonderful Chinese music.
