The event was jointly held by Guizhou Geological and Literary Federation, Guizhou Science and Technology Popularization and Creation Association (Guizhou Science and Technology Association), Guizhou Geological Society, Guiyang Confucius School, Xishan Qin Club, Tonghe Qin Club and the editorial department of "Azalea" and other units. .
