On December 3, 2022, Guzheng master Wang Zhongshan, together with pianist Ji Lu, flute player Huang Jiaqing and percussion player Zheng Yu, will present a wonderful national music "Zheng Path".

"Zheng Path - Wang Zhongshan's Zither Concert" is a masterpiece of Zheng art dedicated to the national audience by Wang Zhongshan with full creative enthusiasm and unique artistic perspective, combined with novel forms of expression. The concert is rich in content, and the selection of music items gives consideration to both tradition and modernity.

In the first half, the repertoire included the classic works of Zheng music art with unique regional color. The interpretation of the traditional repertoire by Zheng master Wang Zhongshan is based on sticking to the tradition and inheriting the tradition, so as to let the ancient music with brilliant appeal spread new sound. The music is like a trickle, immersing the audience in it, as if they can see the land of China with the Zheng music.

In the second half, the repertoire collected the masterpieces of Zheng created or adapted by Professor Wang Zhongshan. The Zheng in the hands of the master Wang Zhongshan shows a fascinating contemporary charm. The works vividly interpret the new artistic style of the Zheng, show the bold attempt and innovation of the Zheng art in music expression, and also reflect the unique artistic style formed by the Zheng master Wang Zhongshan on the way of "Zheng", taking into account the traditional and modern artistic pursuit.
