From August 12th to 15th, 2022, the 3rd Anhui Yangqin Art Festival will be held in Hefei. The purpose of this art festival is to carry forward the national traditional culture, promote the development of Anhui dulcimer career, and popularize education and inheritance of dulcimer for young people. The event has received strong support and keen attention from the Anhui National Orchestra Society and the Dulcimer Professional Committee of the Chinese National Orchestra Society, which lasted four days and was a complete success.

The content of the festival is very rich, including group performances, ensemble training and expert lectures. The performance part consists of two performance forms, ensemble and solo. The ensemble training consists of basic ensemble training and music ensemble training. The topics of the lecture are "Note Happiness" and "Music Recuperation Method for Emotional Empowerment". More than 200 contestants from all over the country, ranging in age from 4 to 70 years old. The participants all dressed up to perform, showing off their skills and being brilliant.

The festival also invited Professor Li Lingling, a doctoral tutor of dulcimer at the China Conservatory of Music, to give guidance and provide training guidance for the dulcimer ensemble class. Professor Li Lingling has always been concerned with the development of dulcimer education in Anhui. In this event, together with the judges and teachers, they watched every contestant's performance and spoke highly of the event. "As an Anhui native, I am very concerned about the development of Anhui dulcimer. I believe that with the joint efforts of all teachers, the artistic development of our Anhui dulcimer will definitely get better and better!"
