A few days ago, the Chinese Cultural Center in Paris held a "Chinese Night" party at the end of the 2021-2022 school year in the multi-functional hall to fully display the center's teaching achievements in Chinese and Chinese culture. She Mingyuan first gave a speech for the party. He said that teaching and training is an important function of the center and an effective way to promote cultural exchanges between China and France. The students of the center study hard, train hard, and are keen on cultural public welfare undertakings. They actively represent the center to participate in the "Spark Cup" global Chinese recitation competition and the "Cultural China Water Cube Cup" Chinese song competition and have repeatedly won excellent results. Participating in performances and exhibitions in Sino-French cultural exchange activities such as the International Chinese Day” won wide acclaim for the center and established a good image. He expressed his heartfelt thanks to the students and parents for their long-term support for the work of the center, and to all the teachers and staff for their hard work. He emphasized that in the future, the center will further strengthen communication and exchanges with students and hold more activities about Chinese language and Chinese culture.
Afterwards, Zhou Yuan, the teacher representative of the center, and Liming, the French student representative, came to the stage to give speeches. They thanked the center for its contributions and efforts to Chinese teaching and the dissemination of Chinese culture in France, and thanked all teachers and students for the strong learning atmosphere created by them.
At the party, She Mingyuan presented prizes to the students of the Center who participated in the 5th Global Chinese Recitation Competition. In this competition, Yang Lingqian and Yu Xinyi, students of the center's children's class, won the Excellence Award for the Global Final and the Excellence Award for the French Division Rematch respectively.
In the performance segment, the performance of the central folk music class kicked off. Students from the Guzheng, Pipa, Erhu and Guqin classes successively presented excellent traditional Chinese repertoires such as "Water, Green, Bamboo and Green", "Yi Dance Music", "Horse Racing" and "Pu'an Mantra", which won applause from the audience. Afterwards, more than 20 students from the center's Chinese class sang the Chinese song "Sweet Honey" under the leadership of the teacher. The students of the drama class brought the modern sitcom "Perfect Boyfriend" written and directed by themselves. The humorous plot and vivid performances created a warm atmosphere for the party. In the end, the students of the Center's Pingju Class staged a wonderful excerpt from the classic Pingju "Flowers as the Match", which pushed the atmosphere of the party to a climax.
The mother of David, a student of the center's children's class, expressed her gratitude to the center after the party. She thanked the center for giving David the opportunity to learn Chinese, Chinese calligraphy, sing Chinese songs and enjoy Chinese folk music performances. She hoped that the center will create more opportunities in the future to let the French people understand the rich and profound Chinese culture.
As the center's brand activity, the annual "Chinese Night" party is an important platform for the center's teaching achievement display and cultural exchange and dissemination. The center's 2022-2023 new school year enrollment work has been launched in early May and is currently in full swing. According to the work arrangement, the center will hold a teaching open day for the new school year in September, allowing more French people to experience the courses of the center up close.
