Registration Instructions

1. Contact the local event organizer for registration. Please fill in the registration information carefully when registering. If the registration information is found to be false, the qualification for the competition or award will be disqualified;
2. If there are any contestants who cannot participate in the competition due to special circumstances, they need to contact the organizing committee 15 working days in advance to return the registration fee, and no refund will be made after the deadline;
3. Contestants who fail to sign in within one hour will be deemed to have given up their eligibility for the competition, and the registration fee will not be refunded;
4. The repertoire of the competition shall not be changed after submitting the registration materials. The actual repertoire of the competition does not match the submitted repertoire, and the judges have the right to terminate the performance of the contestant;
5. Except for the snare drum, other items require memorization;
6. One piece of free choice for the competition;
7. The organizing committee has the final right to interpret the competition and the festival.
