Shishou City Middle-aged and Elderly Art Troupe was established in 1999 and has a history of more than 20 years. It is a professional performing arts team that has begun to take shape and has a high level of literary and artistic performance. There are 48 members in the troupe, including 18 party members. In recent years, the Shishou City Middle-aged and Elderly Art Troupe has kept pace with the times, forged ahead, and actively participated in various cultural activities in the city. The red light cavalry culture of the art troupe went to the countryside and entered the community and towns.
