Zha Nian is the transliteration of Tibetan, Tibetan "Zha" means "sound", "Nian" means "sweet to the ear", and the translation of "Zha Nian" means "sound to the ear". "Zha Nianqin" is a plucked musical instrument, and it is one of the traditional Tibetan musical instruments widely spread in Tibet and even the whole Tibetan area.

On December 20th, the opening ceremony of the first adult training class for Zha Nianqin in Yangda Street, jointly held by the Propaganda Department of Duilong Deqing District Committee, the District Cultural and Tourism Bureau, and Yangda Street, was grandly held at the New Era Civilization Practice Station of Yangda Street.
