From August 10th to 14th, 2022, the performances of the 2022 Guqin Art Exhibition Week will be held at Tanglifang, the city that never sleeps.
This event was sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, co-organized by the Xi'an Conservatory of Music and the Shaanxi Academy of Arts, and the performance unit was the Chinese Qin Studies Research Office of the Xi'an Conservatory of Music. At the event, Li Cun, the provincial inheritor of Guqin from Xi'an Conservatory of Music, was invited to supervise and guide.
There are a total of 8 repertoires in this exhibition, namely "Flowing Water", "Pu'an Mantra", "Guangling San", "Yangguan Three Stacks", "Long Xiang Cao", "Plum Blossom Three Lanes", "Drunk Crazy" and "Drunken Fisherman Singing Evening".
In 2003, the art of guqin was included in the representative list of human oral and intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO. On May 20, 2006, Guqin art was listed as the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list. With its unique artistic charm and profound cultural and historical heritage, Guqin interprets the essence of traditional Chinese culture.
