On June 26, the School of Automation Engineering held a Guqin Knowledge Lecture and Guqin Gathering Event at 3-112, Yuxingyuan, "Welcome to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Youthful Emblem—Traditional Culture Enters the Campus". The teachers and students of the Fujian School Guqin Club of the college played "Viewing the Mountain" and "Song of Burial Flowers" together, which kicked off the event.

In the lecture, Mr. Zhang Ling from Yongan Museum explained the beauty of Guqin from the historical origin of Guqin, appreciation of famous qin, guqin making and the origin of Yongan and Guqin. In the interactive session, teacher Zhang Ling patiently and meticulously introduced the accessories such as "Dragon Gum", "Goose Foot", "Phoenix Marsh", "Yueshan" and "Crown Horn" to the teachers and students. The Guqin culture has generated a strong interest.

The term Yaji comes from ancient times and refers to gatherings of literati and literati who play the qin and recite poetry. In the elegant gathering session, Zhang Ling played the famous Guqin songs such as "Flowing Water", "Flowing Spring" and "Return" for everyone, playing a beautiful chapter of prosperity and smoothness.

For a long time, the School of Automation Engineering has insisted on promoting the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education, and has jointly established a "Youth Cultural Volunteer Service Base" with Yong'an Museum, jointly cultivated a new youth cultural volunteer team, established the Min-style Guqin Club to inherit the art of Guqin, and organized the "Guqin" Cultural activities such as "Living Changqin Rhythm Inheritance", educating people with beauty and culture, showing teachers and students the connotation and charm of Chinese excellent traditional culture!
