The old man, Zhang Guofu, is 64 years old. He is from Zhuzhuang Village, Guandi Temple Village. He has been playing erhu for more than 50 years.

Zhang Guofu told the reporter that he was influenced by his father to play erhu. He began to learn from his father when he was seven or eight years old. In order to make a living, he joined Xiaojinzhuang Yuediao Opera Troupe in Tanghe County, Nanyang City with his father, and took the lead. In addition, he can play the suona.
