In recent years, Wang Wenqi has been cultivating and specializing in the technique of chopsticks, and has achieved gratifying results. In April 2021, the skill of chopsticks was recognized as an intangible cultural heritage project in Weibin District. In November, Wang Wenqi was named the intangible inheritor of Weibin District. He is currently the first person in Baoji to have chopsticks skills. At the same time, with the care and support of the district cultural center, a guqin studio has been opened. Up to now, various guqin performances, exchange activities, training and counseling, and more than 100 qin inheritances have been organized, making new contributions to the development and inheritance of guqin culture.
