The first hurdle is boredom across "psychology". After entering the folk band of the Youth Activity Center, Gu Hongtao's practice time increased from one hour a day at the beginning to 4-5 hours, and his great boring mood "overwhelmed" him. However, Gu Hongtao overcame his negative emotions over and over in his heart and constantly encouraged himself to "stick to it again".

After a period of adaptation, he finally gradually mastered the rhythm of the folk band.
