Then, the Erhu Concerto "Red Plum Capriccio" was staged. This is a single-movement concerto written by the famous composer Wu Houyuan for Erhu and the orchestra. In the second half of the concert, the fifth movement of the orchestral "Symphony of the Long March" "Victory Reunion" was staged. This piece was composed by the famous Chinese composer Mr. Ding Shande, and used music to realise the major revolutionary historical theme of the Long March. The fifth movement "Victory Reunion" mainly describes the jubilation of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army's arrival in Yan'an after all the hardships and dangers, and the rendezvous with the 15th Corps of the Red Army in Northern Shaanxi. The enthusiasm of the party sings. With bright and cheerful, enthusiastic songs, dance themes and solemn carols appearing alternately, the wonderful performances by conductor Xiao Ming and the Changsha Symphony Orchestra rendered a magnificent and splendid festival scene.

Subsequently, the piano concerto "Yellow River" was played. This work was based on the national salvation song "Yellow River Cantata" during the Anti-Japanese War. The layered and magnificent artistic conception has become a more influential Chinese piano concerto in the history of world music. The passionate and sincere performance with the Changsha Symphony Orchestra over the weekend won warm applause from the audience. Finally, the concert ended successfully in the exciting and magnificent "I Love You, China". The artists played the classic red melody, and used the music to lead the audience to appreciate the great historical journey of the motherland and recall the glorious years of the party.

The concert was hosted by the Propaganda Department of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the Hunan Performing Arts Group, hosted by the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television, and the Changsha Symphony Orchestra. Wang Zhi, secretary and head of the Changsha Symphony Orchestra, served as the artistic director. Chief conductor Xiao Ming of Changsha Symphony Orchestra will serve as music director and conductor, Erhu performer Zhang Yinyue will serve as erhu soloist, young pianist will serve as piano solo on weekends, and Changsha Symphony Orchestra will perform.
