Since the first class started in June 2019, Zheng Dequan Pipa Studio's public welfare class has trained more than 100 people, and the students of the public welfare class are widely active on various stages at all levels. The influence of Zheng Dequan's Pipa Studio's public welfare class has become wider and wider, and it has also become a shining cultural business card of Longxi Xiangxian.

There are nearly 50 students enrolled in this public welfare class, which is the largest number in the past. The oldest student is 66 years old and the youngest is 7 years old. There are children's classes, adult introductory classes and adult elite classes.

Jin Shiping, member of the Longxi Town Party Committee, Guo Litian, President of the Longxi Township Association, Xue Juliang, Vice President and Chairman of the Donggang Village Township Counselor's Council, and Zheng Dequan, the villagers attended the opening ceremony and awarded honors to the outstanding students of the third public welfare class Certificates and Scholarships.

Jin Shiping, a member of the town party committee, put forward three hopes for the students at the opening ceremony: First, I hope that the students will cherish the opportunity and participate in the study strictly according to the time of the public welfare course.
