On the eve of "June 1st", Zhongshan Primary School launched an online lecture on the theme of guqin for the first time, and invited Wu Wenhua, a master tutor of Shanghai Conservatory of Music, to talk about how to understand the connotation of guqin from aesthetics.
Some student representatives also played the guqin online and shared the long and peaceful traditional melodies in the "cloud".
It is reported that this lecture with the theme of "Guqin is the most Chinese - how to understand the connotation of Guqin from aesthetics" was hosted by Zhongshan Primary School and undertaken by Suyuan Qinguan. In the lecture, Wu Wenhua explained the meaning of aesthetics in simple terms and how to view the art of guqin with the most ancient Chinese aesthetic thought. Among them, the aesthetic stories about the meaning of Guqin made many students indulge in the beauty of classical music.
According to reports, the "Guqin Yayun" club of Zhongshan Primary School was established in 2014. The school designs the Guqin popularization curriculum system by grades and levels. Every year, 50 new students are recruited among the third-grade students, and Guqin teachers from Shanghai Conservatory of Music are hired to teach once a week and provide professional guidance for students. After school every Monday to Thursday, the students will practice the piano in the piano room under the guidance of the teacher. After more than three years of study, the students of the club can master more than ten pieces of Guqin.
