The Chinese guzheng art with a history of 3,000 years has gone to the world. In recent years, more and more children are learning guzheng. The zheng, an ancient musical instrument, has won many bosom friends in the new era with its beautiful and soft tone, charming and colorful performance, and elegant, dignified, harmonious and smooth shape. As a professional zheng player and a teacher who has been engaged in guzheng teaching for a long time, after more than ten years of performance and teaching practice, I have achieved some achievements. Now I would like to give a brief introduction to some of the experiences I have explored and accumulated over the years, and shared with teachers, parents and classmates refer to.
Age is extremely important for learning to play an instrument. Choosing the right age to carry out enlightenment education without losing time is one of the keys to creating various talents, especially art.
Psychology and pedagogy divide children and students into several stages of development. According to the discussion of these two sciences, children before the age of four are unable to control themselves due to their love impulses and have poor attention span. It is more appropriate to start because children after the age of five have already developed significant self-control, attention, memory, imitation and intellectual curiosity, are easy to teach, and can achieve remarkable results. This year, all kindergarten classes (including all majors) in our school have been changed to five-year-old admission. Practice has proved that the age of five is the most suitable age for young children to begin formal school music amateur education.
Now the widely used zheng in the whole country is S163--21 string zheng, and it is also a special zheng designated for professional performances and competitions. There are also other improved zithers, such as 23- and 25-string zheng, tune-shifting zheng, etc. These are only experiments and explorations in the reform of musical instruments and have not been widely promoted and used. As children's amateur learning zheng, it is more appropriate to choose 21-string zheng. The quality of the quality of the zheng depends on the selection, production and protection of the zheng. Parents must find a professional to identify and select the instrument, not just the appearance and craftsmanship, otherwise it is likely to buy a product with a price-performance ratio that does not match. .
Children who are new to piano will encounter many new problems, such as music theory, sight-singing, performance and cultivation of piano practice habits. environment, the child will quickly overcome the pressure and fear brought by beginner piano and enter the state. However, in the learning process of many piano children, parents think that it is enough for children to have hobbies and do not pay attention to the choice of teachers, which leaves hidden dangers at the beginning. With the increase of difficulty, the deepening of the degree, and the improvement of musical performance, it is difficult for piano children to make breakthroughs in their practice, which makes children have unimaginable pressure on piano practice, and it is often the easiest time to give up learning piano.
In the practice of early childhood teaching in recent years, experts generally believe that, where conditions permit, the use of collective teaching methods is more effective. Our school adopts a combination of group teaching and individual tutoring. I feel that it has the following advantages:
Here, I would like to add another sentence: the learning of young children requires the close cooperation of parents. Especially in the beginning, children should be accompanied by their parents in class. In this way, at the beginning, it can help the teacher to manage the child well, so that the child can adapt to the learning environment as soon as possible. Then, by studying with the children in class, not only can they help the children to complete their homework at home, but also improve the music accomplishment of the parents, which is undoubtedly of great benefit to popularizing music education and improving the quality of national music.
