On the evening of September 23rd, renowned Canadian Chinese flute performer Wang Chunjie held a solo concert titled "Night of Nature - Autumn Rhyme of Chinese Flute" in Vaughan, Greater Toronto.

Wang Chunjie, who has over 30 years of rich performance experience, is a national first-class performer in China and a visiting professor at the Royal Canadian Conservatory of Music. He successively studied under the famous Chinese flute masters Zhao Songting, Zhou Bo, Liu Hanan, and others. Under the guidance and diligent research of a renowned teacher, he drew on the strengths of others and gradually formed a flute playing style that blends north and south, combining hardness and softness.

The chairman of the Toronto Chinese Art Center and composer Leung Erhei served as the conductor. Under the concerto of the Toronto Chinese Artists Center Philharmonic Orchestra, Wang Chunjie performed eight famous flute songs for the audience, including "Hanging Red Lanterns", "Pastoral New Songs", "Qinchuan Lyrics", "Spring to Lhasa", "Under the Big Green Mountains", "Pastor Flute", "Hometown Song", and "Spring to Xiangjiang", winning applause from the audience. Toronto Chinese soprano Yue Xin and disciples of Wang Chunjie also brought vocal and instrumental programs to cheer up.

Wang Chunjie expressed deep pride and dedication to promoting traditional Chinese culture and inheriting Chinese national music overseas.
