The types of heatwaps are: Allera heatwaps, shepherd heatwaps, and jemer heatwaps, Andil heatwaps, Lonno heatwaps, Dolangewapus, Hami heatwaps, Hami Rewap.


Allera Rewap
Also known as Sanxian Rewapu, it is used for folk songs and folk songs. Allara Rewap is made of pear, apricot and peach wood as a whole, and the shape of the head and stem is a local symbol. The piano head and the piano bar are integrally connected by the boundary of the jujube wood nut, and the piano head is provided with three pegs. The stem is fretless. The case is hemispherical. Mongolian goat or small donkey skin. Allera originally used gut strings, bronze strings, and now steel strings. The sound is bright.
shepherd rewap
Shepherd Rewapu, Uyghur plucked stringed musical instruments. Named for use by shepherds. Also known as Kouchi Yirewapu, which means Rewapu from the mountains. Popular in Yecheng and other places in the southern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The shape is similar to that of Kashgar Rewapu.
Chemo Rewap
Also known as Qiemo Ballad Rewapu. It is mostly made of mulberry wood as a whole. Mainly spread in Qiemo area. The shape of the piano head on the piano bar is a local symbol, and the piano head and the piano bar are connected together by the jujube wood nut. There are five tuning pegs on the head. The stem is fretless, and the decorative parts are like horns. The case is half-rugby-shaped and covered in goat leather. In the beginning, gut strings and bronze strings were used, and now steel strings are used.

Andil Rewap
Also known as Andil Ballad Rewap, used for ballads, playing and singing. Spread in the Andil region. Andil Rewapudo is made of mulberry wood as a whole. The shape of the head and stem is a local symbol. The head and the stem are bounded by the jujube wood nut and are connected together. The head has five pegs, the stem is fretless, and the decorative parts are like horns. The piano box is arc-shaped and covered with goat leather.
lonnor rewap
Also known as Lonno Ballad Rewapu, it is used to play and sing ballads and spread in Hotan area. Made of mulberry wood as a whole. The head of the piano is crowned, and the head and the stem are integrally connected by the jujube wood nut, and there are four pegs. The stem is fretless and decorated like flowers. Mongolian goatskin. The piano case is half scoop-shaped. At first, bronze wire strings were used, but now steel strings are used.
dolangewap
It is a Uyghur plucked stringed musical instrument. Named after the popular Doran area. Also translated as Daolang Rewapu, Doran Rewapu. Popular in Awati, Bachu, Maigaiti and Shache in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Avati Rewap
Also known as Avati Ten Resonance String Rewapu, a local characteristic musical instrument, mainly popular with the Avati area. There are four pegs on the head and ten resonance strings on the stem, covered with goat skin. Very similar to Dolangewapu.
Hami Rewap
Hami Rewapu, a Uyghur plucked stringed musical instrument. Named after the popular Hami area. With the development of transportation and the exchange and reference of culture, Dolangewapu gradually spread to eastern Xinjiang and is loved by the local Uyghur people. Popular in Hami, Turpan and Shanshan.

Bachurewap
Bachu Rewapu is further divided into Bachu eleven-string resonance heatwapu, Bachu twelve-string resonance heatwapu.
Bachu's eleven-string resonance hotwap has four pegs set on the head and eleven resonance pegs set on the stem. The sound is crisp and bright.

Rewapu (pinyin: rè wǎ pǔ) is a stringed instrument played by the Uyghur and Uzbeks. The popular Kashgar Rewapu has a total length of 130 cm. Rewapu originated in Kashgar, southern Xinjiang. It is not only a favorite musical instrument of the Uyghurs, but also a plucked musical instrument favored by ethnic minorities such as the Tajiks and Uzbeks.
