The 筚langbulang is a single-reed gas-sounding instrument of the Kemu people. "筚langbulang" is a phonetic translation of Kemu, meaning flute, which is a unique wind instrument of Kemu people.
When playing 筚langbulang, the pipe body is placed upright, the pipe is held in both hands, the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of the right hand press the three holes, and the index finger and middle finger of the left hand press the two holes. The mouth contains the first reed, and it is played by the cyclic ventilation method, which can make the music continuous.
