Hulusi pays attention to posture, not only because of the image of the performance, but more importantly, to adapt to the physiological characteristics of the performer, give full play to the skills, and better express the music content. Hulusi can be divided into two types:
standing and
sitting.
standing
Stand naturally with your feet slightly apart, stand firm in an outward stance, keep your legs upright, and place your body's center of gravity between your legs (you can move left and right if necessary). The upper body is straight, but not rigid. The head is straight, and the chest is naturally raised. Look straight ahead. The shoulders are loose and balanced. The elbows hang down naturally, the arms should not clamp the body, and keep a certain distance (about ten centimeters) from the waist to the center line in front of the body. The instrument forms an angle of 45 to 50 degrees with the body.
sitting position
The upper body requirements are the same as the standing posture, generally sitting in the front third of the chair, with both feet on the ground, one foot slightly forward and the other behind, but it is not allowed to cross the legs or cross the two feet*. The height of the sitting position should be appropriate so as not to affect the full exercise of the breathing muscles.
hold the law
It is required to relax the fingers naturally, hold the cucurbit silk in an arc, relax the muscles of both arms and elbows, and the contact hole of the finger pads should have a peripheral edge. It is elastic, and if it is too tight, the hand is sore and the sound is suffocated, which is not good for performance. In addition, when opening the finger, it is not advisable to lift it too high, otherwise it will make the fingers stiff and affect the playing speed. Generally, lift your finger to 2-3 cm above the sound hole.
