Jian Jian is a single-reed gas-sounding instrument of the Zhuang ethnic group. It is popular in Fangcheng Autonomous County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

When playing the Bijian, the body of the tube should be placed upright, and the Bijian should be held in both hands. Reed, played with a gentle airflow.

The sound columns are #g1, a1, b1, c2, d2, e2, #g2, and the sixth hole emits a higher octave of the barrel sound, which cannot be overblown.

The Zhuang people always play the jijian on festivals or weddings and other festive occasions. The music has no fixed tune, and most of them are folk songs or minor keys, and are often played improvisationally. The performers are mostly women.
