The Central Conservatory of Music is a national-level key art university and a “double first-class” discipline construction institution. 01Set up majors and training levels

Majors: Musicology, Music Performance, Composition and Theory of Composition Technology

02Enrollment objects and conditions

1. Students applying for undergraduate programs at the starting point of high school must be graduates of technical secondary schools (vocational high schools) recognized by the state or graduates of ordinary high schools.
2. Students who enroll in the undergraduate program at the starting point of the junior college must obtain a college diploma or above (can be checked on the Xuexin website).
(Students applying in the spring should obtain the pre-academic certificate no later than February 28 of the current year; students applying in the fall should obtain the pre-academic certificate no later than August 31 of the current year.)

03Entrance Exam

The School of Modern Distance Music Education of the Central Conservatory of Music recruits students from all over the country. All registered students are required to take an entrance examination and be admitted by merit. The exam is tentatively scheduled for mid-March.

04 Learning style

A blended teaching model that focuses on online learning and supplemented by live broadcast (face-to-face teaching).

05Graduation and Degree

Students must complete all the courses specified in the teaching plan within the study period, pass the basic level examination of public courses organized by the Ministry of Education (the subjects of the high school test are College English C, Computer Application Fundamentals, and College Chinese B; the subjects of the college entrance examination For college English C, computer application foundation), you can obtain the adult higher education undergraduate graduation certificate issued by the Central Conservatory of Music, and the state recognizes the degree.
Students who meet the "Central Conservatory of Music's Modern Distance Music Education School Bachelor's Degree Awarding Standards" upon graduation can apply for a bachelor's degree.
