If it is on the left side, when you press the second or third emblem, the posture will be awkward again. As for the posture of the whole body, the head should be straight and not drooping. The neck should be straight, not crooked. Shoulders should be even, not slanted. The back should be erect, not bowed. The two elbows and two wrists are the cardinals for the pressing movement. Two knees and two feet are the fulcrums for supporting the whole body.
