Sai Ding is a plucked stringed musical instrument of the Blang people. The Blang language is also known as Deding, Pading and Dinglang. "De" means playing, and "玎" means qin, which means the qin played. It is popular in Menghai and Jinghong in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province and Shuangjiang and Yongde in Lincang.
