The goal of practicing Zheng is divided into long-term goals and short-term goals. Long-term goals refer to the content of the practice that I want to focus on for a long period of time, and what effect I want to achieve. This must be achieved little by little by short-term goals. It can be seen as the goal of our daily practice.
1. To develop rigorous reading habits. Sheet music is the carrier of music. The main content of the music is presented in the sheet music. We should practice on the basis of the sheet music, especially in the first sight-reading. A pre-appoggiance must be played in place, because the higher the degree of correctness of the first practice, the more effortless it is for subsequent practice. If the playing is not in place or even wrong at the beginning, the subsequent practice will easily form the consolidation of the mistake. , it is even more difficult to correct it.
2. There should be primary and secondary points in practicing the piano. In the short-term goals we have determined, we need to distinguish what to focus on practicing and which can be practiced in moderation. In a piece of music, there are usually one or two difficult passages such as allegro, and such passages require several times or even a dozen times more time to practice than other passages such as introductions and endings.
3. Strengthen correct hand shape and fingering practice. Having the correct hand shape and solid basic skills has far-reaching significance for learning guzheng and improving guzheng skills. When practicing the guzheng, we should keep the hand shape in a half fist shape, each joint is protruding, the back of the hand is level with the forearm, and the first joint of each finger is used to pull the strings in the direction of the palm with explosive force, and then we play according to the above method. Playing "holding, wiping, hooking", we can use string sticking exercises to maintain our hand shape and strengthen finger strength, and then practice offline practice, step by step. Fingering practice is not an overnight thing, it runs through our entire piano practice. Practice the basic skills for at least half an hour every day, which is very useful for us to improve our skills.
4. Combine slow and fast training. When we read music for the first time, because we were not familiar with the music, we had to practice slowly, playing each phrase correctly, repeating the slow practice over and over again, and the speed naturally accelerated when we became proficient. We still have to make sure every note is played right so that our quick practice makes sense. For the difficult parts of each piece, we need to practice slowly. We must be patient and not rush for success. Only enough slow practice can ensure the granularity of each note and the smoothness of the melody when we play the difficult points in the future.
5. Relaxation is the key to practicing the piano. When appreciating music, the music played by some people is very relaxed, while the music played by some people makes people nervous and uncomfortable. The difference in hearing is related to whether the player is relaxed or not. Relaxation is divided into physical relaxation and spiritual relaxation. Physical relaxation can be achieved through training. For example, we must ensure that our hands are in a relaxed state before playing each note. When the fingers quickly cross the string and play a note, relax immediately. Through such training, the fingers will be relaxed. Relax naturally. When it comes to mental relaxation, this is a state of human beings, especially when we are about to face a performance, we start to get nervous. We must practice to cultivate inner calm, self-confidence, concentration of mind, and not to panic, so that the heart can relax. , the hand will also relax.
6. Music is an art of hearing, we must learn to listen. Listen to what? Listening to the timbre, the timbre fed back to the brain by the hearing does not meet our expectations. We need to adjust the speed of the string, the playing area, and the depth of the string to achieve it. The purpose is to eliminate the noise and make the sound beautiful. Also listen to the sense of music, whether the music you play is in line with the composer's creative background and the feelings expressed. Only in this way can you improve the quality of your music, don't turn a deaf ear and remain indifferent.
