The double-pipe nose flute is a fringe air-sounding instrument of the Gaoshan people. In the Alpine language, it is called Panouou, Brie, and Laligadan. Its structure is the same as that of the single-pipe nose flute, consisting of two nose flutes.
There are two different forms: the first is a two-pipe juxtaposed nose flute, in which two flutes with the same pipe body, hole spacing and pitch are tied side by side. Except for the blow hole at the top, the pipe body has five more openings Press the sound hole, and the two pipes emit the same sound when playing. In addition, there are two nose flutes with different perforations, and each plays its own melody when it is played. The second is a two-pipe nasal flute, one of which has a sound hole for playing the melody, and the other without a sound hole, only a blow hole, which can only play a continuous bass (tub sound).
