Tsering Dobje was born in an ordinary family in Peima Village. Because of his poor family background, he had to go out to work for a long time, but he did not have much income throughout the year. In 2019, Tsering Dobujie's family left the original dilapidated house and moved into a new home in the relocation site, and ushered in a happy new life since then.

At that time, Tsering Dobujie had to give up this technology and choose to go out to work.

Today, Tsering Dobujie relies on the poverty alleviation policy, abandons the idea of "waiting and depends on", and reuses the technology in his hand to make Zha Nianqin. Not only that, he also took his eldest son and an apprentice from the same village to explore and make some Tibetan furniture, wooden looms, thread spindles, etc. With the growing scale of wood products production, Tsering Dobujie opened a new wood products store at the relocation site.

Among the wooden products made by Tsering Dobujie, Zha Nianqin is the most popular, and is deeply loved by the masses because of its wide variety, affordable price and quality "three guarantees". At present, Tsering Dobujie sells more than 70 Zha Nianqin every year through the form of "store sales + order sales + training sales", with an annual income of more than 100,000 yuan.

Considering that many young people in the village like to play the Zha Nianqin, at the end of 2020, Tsering Dobujie opened a Zha Nianqin music room in Mula Township. At present, 8 students have successfully "graduated" through teaching.
