"Inverted Curtain" is a dulcimer solo composed by the famous Cantonese musician Yan Laolie based on the third stanza of Cantonese music "Three Treasures Buddha".
Using a single melody mode, the tune is melodious and smooth, full of splendor. From the mode of analysis: the music is in the key of C major, and the key is the C key. The beginning and ending tones of the first paragraph all fall on the angular tone, and the starting and ending tones of the second paragraph all fall on the sign tone, with a major color. From the harmonic analysis: the dominant chord is prominent, the dominant note is strong, the dominant note starts and the dominant note ends. To grasp the ups and downs of the phrase and the breathing point, some sentences start in the second half of the previous bar, and the breathing point should also be at the end of the previous bar.
"Inverted Curtain" is one of the ten famous yangqin songs. This is an early work of Cantonese music.
