"Flying Flowers and Emeralds" Liu Dehai's Pipa Performance

"Flying Flowers and Points of Green" is a traditional 68-board pipa piece, which is a representative piece of the Chongming School. The musical score first appeared in an old Jiangyin manuscript, titled "Twelve Wenban". In 1916, the score of "Yingzhou Ancient Diao" compiled by Shen Zhaozhou of the Chongming School of Haimen included this piece and wrote it with Gongqi, which became one of the representative traditional Chinese tunes of the Chongming School. In the early 1820s, Mr. Liu Tianhua, a Chinese music master, rearranged and reorganized it. In 1928, he recorded the song at the Shanghai Gaoting Record Company, and the song was widely circulated in the south.
