Jump, jump to Lhasa, Lhasa is on the sea. Jump to Chamdo, which is located between two waters.
Jump to Derg. Derg sits on the treasure ship. Jump to Kangding, which is located between three mountains.
The song "Aji Chong" is a representative piece of Batang Stringzi, which means to dance joyfully. Batang Stringzi is a circle dance that has been circulating for more than a thousand years. It is called harmony in Tibetan language and is widely spread in Qamdo, Tibet, Yunnan, Qinghai, Sichuan and other Tibetan inhabited areas. When dancing Batang strings, the sheepskin huqin (bewang) often plays a tune first, and then everyone dances in circles with the rhythm and melody, from slow to quick.
Here, the "Aji Chong" is played by bamboo flute, the sound of the Qingyue flute is high and light as floating on the snowy mountains, through the thin air of high altitude, the long note from time to time in the trills of sliding, and then travel around, circling, leisurely rhythm, like the dance on the clouds, freely from Lhasa to Chamdo to Dege to Kangding city.
