"Spring to the Xiangjiang River" is a famous bamboo flute piece composed by Mr. Ning Baosheng in 1976, and another guzheng piece by guzheng player Wang Zhongshan based on it. This video is performed by performers Deng Yiqun and Fan Linfeng.
Involving the artist
Fan Linfeng started learning bamboo flute at the age of 5 with Zhu Yinzhao and Wang Guoqiang, his hometown flute teachers. In 2002, he began to learn from the famous flute player, associate professor Tang Junqiao. In 2004, he was admitted to the Shanghai Conservatory of Music Affiliated Middle School, majoring in bamboo flute.
