Li Sao, a famous Chinese guqin song, composed by Chen Kangshi in the late Tang Dynasty based on the long lyrical poem "Li Sao" of the same name by Qu Yuan. This song expresses the melancholy and anguish of the great patriotic poet Qu Yuan after being raped and slandered, as well as his noble feelings of homesickness and patriotism. There are more than 40 qin scores in the ancient qin scores of past dynasties including this piece. This video is performed by virtuoso Huang Mingkang guqin.

Guqin performer, is currently the president of Dongpo Poetry Society, director of Guqin Professional Committee of China National Orchestra Society, honorary consultant of China Health Care Society, executive director of Chengdu Sichuan Guqin Society, and deputy director of Chengdu Yubo Sun Shu School Guqin Research Institute.
