"Xiaoxiang Shuiyun" was written by Guo Mian (Chu Wang), a qin master of the Zhejiang School of the Southern Song Dynasty. The whole piece is blended with scenes. The music mainly uses the left-hand "singing", big "reciprocal", "scattering sound according to the sound" and other techniques, echoing with different timbres repeatedly to express the realm of water, light, cloud and shadow, smoke and waves, and rich contemplation.
