Spring River Flower Moon Night was originally a pipa solo piece, called "Xunyang Xiao and Drum" (also known as "Xunyang Xiao Song", also known as "Xunyang Pipa", "Xunyang Night Moon" and "Xunyang Song"). Around 1925, this piece was first adapted into a national orchestral piece. After the liberation, it has been edited and adapted by many people, and it has become more perfect, which is deeply cherished by audiences at home and abroad.
The whole piece is the most common multi-segment structure in Chinese instrumental music. Peng Xiuwen, conductor of the National Orchestra of the China Central Radio Orchestra and a master of folk music, has handled this piece extremely delicately. The musical instruments increase and decrease from time to time, so that the sound of the band is rich in high, low, thick, light, thick and thin changes, with clear layers; in terms of musical performance, it not only carries forward the elegant style of classical rhythm, but also makes the music full of inner passion and emotion. Rhyme, full of life.
