Spring River Flower Moon Night was originally a pipa solo piece, called "Xunyang Xiao and Drum" (also known as "Xunyang Xiao Song", also known as "Xunyang Pipa", "Xunyang Night Moon" and "Xunyang Song"). Around 1925, this piece was first adapted into a national orchestral piece.
